Depart cleans
After your guests’ departure, our experienced cleaning team will conduct a full depart clean, ensuring your property is ready for your next booking. Green Lime Cleaning’s team has the ability to manage same day check-out / check-ins 7 days a week, across busy holiday times and public holidays (with no additional surcharges). As an extra quality check, all depart cleans are checked by a team leader prior to your next guests’ arrival.
Linen Supply
Green Lime Cleaning offers our clients a superior linen supply range, including display-quality sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, hand towels, face washers, bath mats, tea towels and beach towels. Our linen supplier, Princes Laundry Services, meets all Australian processing and laundering standards.
Supply of Guest Amenities
A starter pack of guest amenities is provided at each depart clean for guest use at the commencement of their stay, including shampoo and conditioner, body wash, soaps and laundry sachets. As an alternative, Green Lime cleaning can supply Natural Earth products, available in 300ml dispenser pump packs.
Mid-Stay Cleans
Mid-stay cleans (or service cleans) can be arranged for guest bookings of 10 or more days and include a full linen change, rubbish removal, bathroom clean and kitchen wipe-over. We happily liaise with guests to arrange services at their preferred day / time.
Pre-Occupancy Cleans
Pre-occupancy cleans (POCs) are scheduled where your property has been vacant for 7 days or more so that your holiday property’s presentation is ready for the immediate arrival of your next guests.
